How do I apply my member discount to my store purchase?

AMC members will receive an email with a coupon code that can be used at checkout. You'll also be asked to provide your member number to validate your membership. If you have not received your coupon code or don't know your number, please contact amcmembership@outdoors.org.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations. Please email amcstore@outdoors.org or call (603) 466-2727 for assistance.

I want to exchange or return my item, what do I do?

We do not typically issue refunds unless items are damaged or incorrect, so please contact us if you're not sure of your size. If you're unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact amcstore@outdoors.org.
